LaserCut5.3 is with some parameters for plasma cutting due to optimized programming.
LaserCut5.0 and LaserCut5.1 are not.

There is no difference on the operation interfaces between LaserCut5.1 and LaserCut5.3.
The only difference is the program coding in the backstage of LaserCut.

LaserCut5.3 is BOTH for MPC6515 and MPC6535.
LaserCut5.1 is ONLY for MPC6515.
LaserCut5.0 is for MPC03-LH.

The User Manual for LaserCut5.1 can be used for LaserCut5.0 software as well.
There is no much interface difference betwen LaserCut5.1 and LaserCut5.3. On the purpose of software operation, the LaserCut5.1 software manual is applicable to the LaserCut5.3.
The User Manual for LaserCut5.3 can not be used for LaserCut5.0 and LaserCut5.1.

The LaserCut5.3 with firmware and DLL (version 4.2.2.0) resolves problems in
(1). Do not go back machining start-point in high-speed circular-shape process at sudden-stop.
(2). The USB-interface signal communication is not reliable.
(3). Do not shut down laser-firing as set period time.
(4). Remove the resistance and capacity from the control board, C112C108R240 and R281 for better GROUNDING works.
(5). Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) due to the interference.
(6). Do not check the version of "Slave USB".

How to resolve BSOD:
(1). Unplug the "Slave USB" cable to the computer.
(2). Double-click "MPC6535USB2.0 Driver.exe" to install it.
(3). Plug the "Slave USB" cable to the computer.
(4). Run the "MPC6535 check.exe" to see the version of "Slave USB Drive". If it is V1.0.2.0, all is done.

How to update the MPC6535 firmware:
(1) Copy the two files 65354220.FMW and 65354220.hdw to the root of a USB Mass Storage Device. the Device must be formatted as FAT16. it's bettter to remove any other files from the device.
(2) Power off the control board.
(3) Insert the USB Mass Storage Device into the board.
(4) Power on, then the indicator D1 in the board will flash two times instantly. It means that The control board recognizes the USB device. Because of the aluminum case, you will not see this.
(5) The indicator D1 will light for 2-10 seconds. That means it is downloading the updating file. You will not see this neither. You just do not remove the USB Mass Storage Device for about 1 minute. If your USB device is with flash light, when it blacks, you can remove it.
(6) Once the indicator D1 flash frequently, the downloading process finished.
(7) Remove the USB Mass Storage Device from the control board.
(8) If the updating failed, you need to check the problems in <A>Virus, <B>format the USB device in FAT16 again (normally, either FAT16 or FAT32 is ok).

Notice:
This firmware can only be used to MPC6535 controller. After downloading, the MPC6535 firmware will be upgraded to version 4.2.2.0.
